Meet Your Teacher

Mrs. Hernandez 

I was born and partially raised in Southern California before moving up to the Bay Area in 1989, just a month short of the big earthquake! I was raised in Hayward, attending elementary, junior high, high school and even college there. I have been fortunate to teach in Fremont for 20 years now; and this is my seventh year teaching third grade at Warm Springs. When I'm not teaching most of my time is spent with my family, which is quite large. Besides my daughter Olivia and son Valentin, I also have adult step children, Alexandra and Johnny.  I even have a grandson, Charlie! My daughter Olivia is in eighth grade and son Valentin is in sixth grade. We enjoy watching movies together, visiting theme parks, going to church, hanging out at the pool and visiting Grandma.
